Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Steel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Floyd Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steel comes to the cage accompanied by Kollegah - Bossaura. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 12 - 0, fighting out of New York, David Steel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Floyd Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Steel.
Johnson takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Johnson scores with a three punch combo!
Steel blocks the body kick.
Nice body kick from Steel.
Steel is looking to land body kicks.
Johnson does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Steel wants to slow Johnson down by chopping away at his legs.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Johnson crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Steel - the referee stops the clock and Johnson gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Steel. Johnson manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

That was a close round but I would say that David Steel will probably get the nod.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Steel, as that shot connected.
Steel tries to land a front kick but Johnson steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
It seemed like Johnson was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

That was a close second round but I would say that David Steel will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Steel lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Johnson has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Johnson and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
