PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ramos Mendonca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Devin Masters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ramos Mendonca!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Devin Masters!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Roosa Järviläinen and Tarja Halkonen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masters shoots in and drives through. Mendonca sprawls well.
Mendonca swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.

Mendonca gets caught flat footed, as Masters shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

That was a close round but I would say that Ramos Mendonca will probably get the nod.

Masters takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
