Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Helio dos Passos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gordon Freeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Freeman swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Freeman thows a left - swing and a miss!
Gordon Freeman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Freeman smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
A nice leg kick lands there from Freeman.

and dos Passos counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Freeman bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
dos Passos is working to avoid the ground and pound but Freeman connects with a decent elbow.
dos Passos is not content to let Freeman control the position.
dos Passos tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Freeman presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
Freeman scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Freeman lands a couple of good shots and dos Passos has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
dos Passos avoids the strikes from Freeman.
dos Passos wants to escape the position.
Freeman drops a couple of huge strikes from the back position and dos Passos is in real trouble here! Freeman lands more strikes and the referee has to step in to end the fight! Freeman is delighted!
