Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Buggy Clown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and VinniJay Acunia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Alyssa Summers and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A decent looking cross lands there for Clown.
Clown throws a hook but Acunia blocks it.
Acunia moves out of range of the leg kick from Clown.
Acunia misses with a body kick.
Clown takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Nice jab there from Clown.
It looks like VinniJay Acunia has been cut.
Acunia throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Clown wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
VinniJay Acunia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Acunia is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Clown is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Acunia is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Acunia has escaped and now he's on top!

That was a close round but I would say that Buggy Clown will probably get the nod.
