Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mark Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cobra Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee has chosen Nothingman as his entrance music. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Mark Coleman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Cobra Lee!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Ackerman and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coleman fails to land the takedown.
Lee stuffs the takedown attempt from Coleman. Coleman gets slowly back to his feet.
Coleman tries to clinch but Lee is having none of it.
Coleman shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lee but Lee pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mark Coleman. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lee dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Coleman. That did some damage!
Lee stuffs the takedown.
Coleman shoots in for a takedown but Lee shows good takedown defense.

Lee shoots in and bounces Coleman off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Coleman not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Lee tries to stand but Coleman is controlling from the bottom.

Coleman has an active guard here but Lee has managed to pass into half guard.

Lee is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Coleman defends it well.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Coleman has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Lee is working away from the top position though.

Coleman makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Coleman is breathing heavily.
An inside leg kick lands from Lee.

Coleman closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Lee gets back to half guard.
Lee tries to get to full guard but Coleman has control of the leg.

Lee is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Coleman will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Coleman seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lee does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Coleman is just content to waste time from the top position. Lee takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Coleman tries to free his leg and advance position but Lee is retaining full guard.
Coleman with a flurry of punches that miss.
Coleman wants to control from the top but Lee keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Lee scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Lee fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Coleman.
Lee looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Cobra Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Coleman takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Lee swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Coleman.
Lee tries to clinch but Coleman is having none of it.
Lee misses with a double jab.
An inside leg kick lands from Lee.
Lee lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Coleman at a distance.
Lee looks for a takedown but Coleman sprawls well.

Coleman drives through and clinches with Lee against the cage.
Coleman jumps guard but Lee stands there with Coleman around his waist. Coleman gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Coleman can't get the takedown.
Lee stalling in the clinch but Coleman improves position.
Lee wants to get back to striking at distance but Coleman won't allow it.

Coleman wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lee has him pressed against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Cobra Lee dominated that round.
That's time! Coleman's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Coleman fails to land with a series of punches.
Lee lands with a thumping leg kick.
A combination from Lee does no damage.
Coleman is looking to clinch.

Coleman has taken the fight to the clinch.
Coleman goes for a takedown in the clinch but Lee prevents it.
Coleman tries to break the clinch but Lee is controlling the position.

Coleman pulls guard successfully.
Coleman doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Coleman is looking to stand up but Lee isn't so interested in that idea.

Coleman looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Lee passes into half guard.
Lee tries to stand but can't do so whilst Coleman controls his leg.

Coleman is trying to get back to full guard.
Coleman tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Lee is thwarting Coleman's attempts to control the position.
Coleman really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Lee seems to be working for a kimura but Coleman defends the submission attempt.
Lee is breathing heavily.

Lee is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Lee is looking for a kimura but Coleman is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Lee to get the leverage.
Lee tries to stand and escape but Coleman is controlling the position.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Coleman has managed to clinch.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Lee.
Lee avoiding damage as Coleman throws knees to the body.
Coleman wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lee has him pressed against the cage.
Lee is trying to break free.
Coleman tries to break the clinch but Lee is controlling the position.
Lee keeps control of Coleman as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Coleman prevents Lee from breaking the clinch.
Coleman swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Coleman has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Lee avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Coleman breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Lee moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Lee fails with the takedown.

Coleman fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Lee, pushing him back against the cage.
Coleman wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lee has him pressed against the cage.
Lee fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Coleman breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lee fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Coleman.
Coleman throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Coleman tries for a takedown but Lee sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Lee moves in looking to clinch but Coleman pushes him off.

Coleman drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Coleman controlling from the top position.
Coleman has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Coleman makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Coleman slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Lee working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Coleman doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Coleman manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!


Coleman throws an overhand right that lands on Lee's shoulder, as Lee tries to avoid the shot.
Lee cracks the inside of Coleman's front leg.
Lee throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Coleman is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Coleman tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Coleman has a takedown stuffed.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Lee, right into the meat.
Coleman throws a jab but it's blocked by Lee.
Lee lands with a thumping leg kick.
Mark Coleman is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Lee looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Lee scores with a leg kick.
Lee scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Coleman crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Lee - the referee stops the clock and Coleman gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Lee. Coleman manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Coleman goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Coleman chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Lee can pounce on him.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Lee doesn't manage to clinch there - Coleman circles away.
Coleman is looking to clinch but Lee is avoiding it.
Lee wants to slow Coleman down by chopping away at his legs.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Coleman shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Coleman showed some decent athleticism there.
Lee is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Coleman prevents Lee from standing back up.
Coleman works his foot free and advances to mount.
Coleman prevents Lee from getting the reversal.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Coleman wants to control but Lee has made it back to half guard. Nice work.

Coleman stands up out of the half guard.
Coleman misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Lee scores with a punch to the head.

Coleman gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Coleman has Lee pushed against the cage.
Coleman looking for a takedown.

Coleman pulls guard.
Coleman wants to improve his position but instead Lee has moved into half guard.
Lee is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

Lee wants to pass to mount but Coleman is defending the position.
Coleman tries to get to full guard but Lee has control of the leg.
Coleman wants to control but Lee is keeping busy.
Coleman tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.

Lee looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Coleman misses with some strikes from the bottom.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Coleman shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Coleman was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Coleman stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Coleman closes the distance and clinches.
Lee wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Coleman has had enough of the clinch but Lee keeps him there for the moment.
Coleman with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Coleman tries to pull guard but Lee won't allow it.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Cobra Lee.
I think Lee has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
