Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Seymour Ellenbogen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hades Destroyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hades Destroyer has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Seymour Ellenbogen's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ellenbogen fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Destroyer to the ground. Ellenbogen is now in Destroyer's guard.

Destroyer is concentrating on defense, preventing Ellenbogen from advancing position.
Ellenbogen wants to take a breather but Destroyer is having none of it.

Destroyer doesn't have the hooks in and Ellenbogen manages to turn into his guard.

Destroyer has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Ellenbogen is working away from the top position though.

Ellenbogen is nestled in close to Destroyer, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Destroyer enables Ellenbogen to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Destroyer manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Destroyer tries to score a power double leg takedown but Ellenbogen sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Destroyer somewhat.

Ellenbogen wants to control but Destroyer is keeping him busy.

Ellenbogen wants to lay and pray for a moment but Destroyer keeps working.

Ellenbogen is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Destroyer has escaped the position, nice work there.

Ellenbogen shoots in but no luck this time.

Ellenbogen fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
And Destroyer tries to counter it with a takedown but Ellenbogen pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Destroyer looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Destroyer throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ellenbogen was covering up waiting for the punch and Destroyer finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Destroyer got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ellenbogen has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Destroyer has managed to get both his arms back between Ellenbogen's legs - danger averted.

Ellenbogen is trying to trip Destroyer. He has hold of a leg but Destroyer is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Ellenbogen persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
