Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
22 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Winston Cole! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
34 - 27 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Vince Dixon! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Dillan Fox and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dixon shoots in but no luck this time. Dixon doesn't manage to clinch there - Cole circles away.
Cole steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Dixon. That one must have hurt. Dixon fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Cole is out of range. Dixon tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Cole is looking to counter punch. Cole connects with a jab.

and Cole counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Cole scores with a jab. Dixon acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Cole fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Cole connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Dixon momentarily.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dixon takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Cole lands the left hand. Cole throws a head kick that Dixon semi-blocks.
Dixon forces Cole back against the cage and clinches. Dixon creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Dixon misses with an elbow strike.
Cole tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Dixon prevents Cole from breaking the clinch. Cole on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

It looks like Winston Cole has been cut. Dixon tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Cole avoids it. Dixon unloads a knee to the mid-section. Cole throws a knee to the head but misses.
Cole is defending well against a takedown attempt. Dixon lands an elbow inside. Dixon trying to stall but Cole improves his position.

Both guys are working to get underhooks. Cole throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Dixons head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dixon stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Dixon lands an elbow that stopped Cole in his tracks for a moment. Cole with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Dixon is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Cole is defending well for now. Cole avoiding damage as Dixon throws knees to the body.

Cole pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Dixon avoids a kick to the body.
Dixon gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Cole counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Winston Cole has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vince Dixon. Dixon has taken the fight to the clinch.
