PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Zane Stewart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tika Nukinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nukinen closes the distance looking to clinch

and Stewart counters with a shoot takedown. Nukinen fights it but they end up in guard.
Nukinen wants to get back to his feet but Stewart is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Stewart distracts Nukinen with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Nukinen gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Stewart tries to break the clinch but Nukinen is controlling the position.
Nukinen has Stewart pressed against the cage, preventing Stewart from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Nukinen gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

It looks like Zane Stewart has been cut.

Nukinen jerks Stewart's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Stewart drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Nukinen goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Nukinen because Stewart was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Tika Nukinen!
A very excited looking Tika Nukinen rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
