Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hiro Tsanaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hiro Tsanaka! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Aaron Brown! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Daniel Blasius and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brown misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Brown dives in and grabs Tsanaka's left leg, looking for a takedown. Tsanaka pushes down on Brown's head and hops out. Brown looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Tsanaka! Tsanaka tries to bench press Brown off him but Brown keeps the position. Tsanaka can't do much from the bottom here. Brown wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tsanaka keeps working. You can see the frustration on Tsanaka's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tsanaka gets back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tsanaka holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Brown tries to pass to full mount but Tsanaka defends it. Brown is working for a kimura but Tsanaka is defending it quite comfortably.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Brown shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Hiro Tsanaka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aaron Brown. Tsanaka connects with the punch. Brown fails with a takedown attempt from distance. A jab from Tsanaka does it's job there. Brown shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Tsanaka but Tsanaka pushes him off and we're back to square one. Tsanaka tries to bum rush Brown with a series of wild strikes but Brown uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Brown keeps the fight on the outside. Tsanaka tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Tsanaka comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Nice sprawl there from Tsanaka as Brown shoots in. Brown shoots in but Tsanaka avoids the takedown attempt easily. Brown darts in looking for a takedown but Tsanaka gets double underhooks and turns Brown into the ropes. Tsanaka misses with a few strikes there.

Brown shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tsanaka as he jumps to the side. Brown tries for a takedown but Tsanaka circles away easily and Tsanaka connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brown doesn't succeed with the takedown and Tsanaka counters with a shoot takedown. Brown fights it but they end up in guard. Brown looks winded! Tsanaka is stalling in the full guard. Tsanaka trying to control the position from guard on top but Brown is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Brown working a defensive guard here.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Brown keeping moving, preventing Tsanaka from controlling successfully. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Brown fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Brown shoots in for a double leg but Tsanaka sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Tsanaka throws a good cross that connects.
Tsanaka throws a series of punches but Brown avoids them all with ease. Brown shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tsanaka pinned against the ropes. Tsanaka gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. It looked like Tsanaka wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hiro Tsanaka dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Tsanaka closes the distance and lands a one-two. Tsanaka tries to sprawl but Brown drives through with a takedown into half guard. Tsanaka avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Brown. Tsanaka looking for submissions off his back. Brown is keen to just control but Tsanaka is a slippery customer. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Brown is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Tsanaka manages to get to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tsanaka manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Brown manages to get himself to full guard.
Brown controls Tsanaka momentarily but Tsanaka frees himself. Tsanaka's corner is telling him to maintain position. Tsanaka postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Brown looking for a sweep. Not yet Brown, not yet. Brown has momentary wrist control but Tsanaka slips an elbow through the middle. Brown trying to keep a closed guard but Tsanaka is proving a slippery customer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tsanaka drops back looking for a leg! Brown is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Brown manages to kick Tsanaka off! Tsanaka jumps back into Brown's guard. Tsanaka controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Tsanaka lands a couple of elbows. Brown is trying to control the position but Tsanaka postures up. Tsanaka stopping the sweep attempt from Brown. Tsanaka sitting in guard here, content to control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tsanaka trying to control the position from guard on top but Brown is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Tsanaka is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Tsanaka drops back looking for a leg! Brown is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Brown manages to kick Tsanaka off! Tsanaka jumps back into Brown's guard. Tsanaka content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Tsanaka has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Brown is proving hard to escape from. Tsanaka is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Brown can do to turn this around? Tsanaka seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Tsanaka loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Tsanaka clobbers Brown with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Brown on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Brown decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Tsanaka actively working from the bottom here. Tsanaka moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Tsanaka wants to sweep here but Brown controlling him for the moment. Brown really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tsanaka. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Tsanaka has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Brown should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Tsanaka has tightened it up now! Brown should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
