Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Stachu Jones! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones throws the kick towards the body but Mcbride avoids it. Jones looks for a takedown but Mcbride sprawls well. Mcbride appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Jones fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Mcbride to the ground. Jones is now in Mcbride's guard. Mcbride is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Mcbride is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jones trying to control the position from guard on top but Mcbride is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. The ground and pound from Jones seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Jones trying to control the position but Mcbride is working away.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Mcbride throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Jones sees it coming and avoids it easily. Nice takedown defense from Mcbride. No joy for Jones on that attempt. Jones looks to land a body kick but Mcbride moved away. Mcbride scores with a jab to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones goes for a double leg but Mcbride avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mcbride continues to drive forward. Jordan Mcbride has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Stachu Jones. Jones fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Mcbride sprawls well initially but Jones persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Jones looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Mcbride is looking to control Jones's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Mcbride avoid being mounted? Jones prevents Mcbride from improving his position. Jones is thwarting Mcbride's attempts to control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mcbride is staying active underneath Jones, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Jones wants to free his trapped foot but Mcbride is holding on for dear life with his legs. Mcbride is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Jones pulls his head out easily.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Jones throws a wild body kick that Mcbride sees coming a mile off. Excellent takedown into side control there by Jones. Mcbride defending against the ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Stachu Jones dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Jones fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Mcbride attempts a counter takedown but Jones avoids it well and moves away. Jordan Mcbride is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jones is defended easily by Mcbride. Jones doesn't succeed with the takedown so Mcbride counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Jordan Mcbride has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Stachu Jones. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jones has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Mcbride can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Mcbride really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Mcbride is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Mcbride drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Jones dives on top into guard. Jones wants to get up but he can't break Mcbride's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Jones passes into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Jones is breathing heavily. Mcbride is positioning himself well to prevent Jones advancing to mount. Jones slows the pace down in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones is trying to control the action in half guard but Mcbride is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Mcbride has his hands clasped together around Jones's back. He's all about the action.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Jones swings widly with a right hand
and Mcbride counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Mcbride throws a leg kick but Jones sees it coming and moves out of range. Jones misses with an uppercut
and Mcbride counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Mcbride tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Mcbride tries to break the clinch but Jones is controlling the position. Mcbride tightens his grip and picks Jones up, before dumping him to the ground. Jones manages to land in guard. Mcbride is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Mcbride won't allow Jones to get back to his feet. Mcbride has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Mcbride controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Jones is looking for a triangle but Mcbride pushes his legs off easily.

Jones shoots for a double leg takedown but Mcbride sprawls well. He's pushed Jones's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Mcbride sneaks out the side door and pushes Jones away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape. Jones dives in and grabs Mcbride's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mcbride pushes down on Jones's head and hops out. Jones throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mcbride was covering up waiting for the punch and Jones finishes the takedown easily into guard. Stachu Jones has got the better of the ground game so far. Jones takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Mcbride is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mcbride working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Jones. Jones trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Mcbride tries to land a sweep but no joy. Mcbride is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Jones is controlling him. Jones in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Jones wants to stand but Mcbride is controlling his posture from full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Jones trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Jones throws a head kick but Mcbride moves out of range.
Jordan Mcbride is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Jones throws a head kick that misses and Mcbride counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Mcbride will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Mcbride slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Jones trying to keep a closed guard but Mcbride is proving a slippery customer.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mcbride sitting in guard, not really doing much. Mcbride trying to control but Jones is working from the bottom. Jones isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Mcbride stacks Jones on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Mcbride! Jones can't do much from the bottom here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Jones is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Jones is trying to control but can't.
Mcbride is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jordan Mcbride. I think Mcbride has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
