The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Andrew Berry and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson lands with a kick to the temple. James shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
James shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Johnson as he avoids it easily.
Johnson quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Johnson lands a high kick!
Bradley Johnson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Johnson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A looping hook to the body misses from Johnson. James does a little dance to reset his feet.
A slow jab from James misses its intended target.
Johnson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A countering left hand to the body from James misses.
Johnson misses with an uppercut. James saw that one coming.
James swinging wildly here.
James throws a leg kick that misses.
James blocks a head kick by Johnson.
James scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
James slips under a jab from Johnson.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Johnson throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by James.
Johnson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but James moves away.
Johnson digs a good hook to James's body.
Johnson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but James circles away quickly and effectively.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Johnson tests James's chin there with a solid looking shot.
James is rocked!
Johnson drops James with a huge uppercut! James drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Johnson is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bradley Johnson!

In his post fight interview, Bradley Johnson started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
