The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mussolini misses with a wild combination.
Johansson has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Johansson there as he acknowledges the shot.

It looks like Daniel Johansson has been cut.
Johansson loads up on a big right hand but Mussolini slips the punch.
Johansson cracks Mussolini with an open hand slap.
Mussolini dodges the punch combination from Johansson.
Mussolini misses with a few strikes there.
Mussolini fails to land with a series of punches.
A nice leg kick lands there from Johansson.
Mussolini throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Mussolini misses with a series of wild punches.
Johansson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mussolini circles away quickly and effectively.
Johansson avoids the head kick by Mussolini.
Johansson scores with a sloppy right hand. Mussolini should have avoided that one.

It looks like San Lucas Mussolini has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Johansson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mussolini throws a head kick but Johansson moves out of range.
Johansson throws a leg kick which misses Mussolini's front leg but catches the back leg as Mussolini tries to avoid it.

Johansson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Johansson looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Mussolini with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Johansson seems to be working for a kimura but Mussolini defends the submission attempt.
Mussolini is breathing heavily.

Johansson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Mussolini is just riding it out for now. Johansson eventually gives up the hold.

Johansson seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Mussolini is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
