The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Colin Fotheringham and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lawson lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Levy sprawling to the canvas. Lawson follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Levy hang on?
It looks like Lauren Levy has been cut.
Levy misses with some strikes from the bottom.

Lawson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Levy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Levy has his foot on Lawson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lawson works his way back into a safe position though.
Lawson wanted to stand there but Levy had control of the position.
Levy could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Lawson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Levy has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lawson has managed to get both his arms back between Levy's legs - danger averted.

Levy bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Lawson's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Levy won't allow Lawson to get back to his feet.
Levy is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Levy postures up and lands a big shot to Lawson's brow.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Lawson has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Levy is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Levy is breathing heavily.
Lawson drops Levy with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Levy! Lawson dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
