Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Saul Tigh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrey Lapis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lapis has chosen Once Solemn as his entrance music. Andrey Lapis will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Andrey Lapis!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Ivan Kurochkin and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lapis lands with an uppercut that bounces Tigh off the cage and back into range.

Tigh swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Lapis throws a jab but it's blocked by Tigh.

It looks like Saul Tigh has been cut.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Lapis has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Tigh feints and as Lapis raises his hands in defense, Tigh changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Lapis has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Tigh can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Tigh dives in and grabs Lapis's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lapis pushes down on Tigh's head and hops out.

Tigh shoots in looking for a takedown. Lapis tries to sprawl out of it but Tigh keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lapis manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Tigh changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lapis tries to avoid it but Tigh manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lapis to the ground. Lapis escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Lapis misses with a few strikes there.
Tigh with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Lapis to score with a decent uppercut.
Lapis lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tigh circles away quickly and effectively.
