Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Webster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Hogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Pablo Webster! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Alex Hogan! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, William Gold and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Webster misses with an uppercut. Hogan saw that one coming. Hogan drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Webster defends it well. Webster wants to clinch up but Hogan keeps it at a distance. Hogan with the counter takedown but Webster avoids it easily. Webster throws a nice looking combination but Hogan bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Hogan throws a big counter head kick but Webster avoids it with no problem. Webster throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Webster closes the distance but Hogan moves to the side and Hogan makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Webster wants to clinch up but Hogan keeps it at a distance. Hogan shapes to counter with a head kick. Webster tries to clinch up and Hogan counters with a combination of strikes to the head and body that crumple Webster!

That's one minute gone in the round. Hogan takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Oh Webster is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Webster blocking the ground and pound attempt from Hogan. Hogan seems to be working for a kimura but Webster defends the submission attempt. Hogan throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Webster is defending against the submission attempts here by Hogan.
Webster seems to have got his legs back now. Hogan performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Hogan is thwarting Webster's attempts to control the position. Hogan is trying to work for a kimura but Webster is defending well.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Hogan throwing shots but Webster is blocking nicely. Hogan is taking a breather. Webster says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Hogan missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Hogan content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Webster trying to control here.
Hogan thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Webster's head. Still in half guard, Hogan seems content to control.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Webster really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Webster tries to clinch but Hogan is having none of it. Hogan looks like he wants to counter punch here. Webster looks to land a left hand but Hogan moved out of range nicely. Hogan drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Webster defends it well. Webster tries to close the distance and clinch but Hogan swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Webster tries to clinch there but Hogan circles away.
And Hogan tries to counter it with a takedown but Webster pushes his down on his head and steps out. Webster has managed to clinch.

Pablo Webster seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Webster closes the distance looking to clinch and Hogan counters with a lovely shot to the body. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Alex Hogan dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Webster tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hogan swats him away and circles back towards the center. Hogan is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. The fight stays on the outside here - Webster looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Webster tries to close the distance and clinch but Hogan swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Hogan drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Webster defends it well. Webster throws a body punch but Hogan moves out of range. Pablo Webster is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Webster looks to clinch and Webster takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Hogan avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hogan throws a counter combo. Webster wants to clinch but Hogan slips to the side and Hogan counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Webster clinches with his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Webster has Hogan pressed against the cage, preventing Hogan from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Hogan wants to get back to striking at distance but Webster won't allow it.

Hogan is trying to break free. Webster is trying to pull guard but Hogan turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Webster looking to stall.
Webster is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Hogan to keep the fight standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pablo Webster. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hogan throws an elbow that misses.
Hogan is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Webster is defending well for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Hogan pushes off an throws an elbow but Webster leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Webster fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Alex Hogan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Hogan circles away from the clinch attempt and Hogan counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Webster off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Hogan follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Webster was out before he hit the floor.
