The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Likedags shoots in for a takedown but Hardin shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Likedags clinches up against the cage.

Hardin has hold of one of Likedags's legs. Likedags is fighting the takedown attempt but Hardin gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Hardin wants to stand but Likedags has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hardin escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hardin leaves Likedags with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Likedags throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hardin's waist but Hardin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Likedags off to one side.

Hardin is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Likedags dives into side control.
