The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foley pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Rose back to the cage. Foley follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
It looks like Bruce Rose has been cut.

Rose is trying hard to land a takedown here. Foley sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

The cut above Bruce Rose's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Foley throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Rose on the side of the head.

and Foley counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Rose thinking.

Bruce Rose's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Foley throws a sloppy head kick and Rose moves out of range easily.
Foley is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

and Foley counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Foley scores with a sloppy right hand. Rose should have avoided that one.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Bruce Rose's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
