Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 10 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Yosi Sayas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Johnny Applebottom!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Illya Tyunina and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Applebottom throws a series of punches but Sayas moves out of range.
Sayas shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Applebottom as he jumps to the side.
Applebottom throws a right and a left that both miss.
Sayas showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Applebottom.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Sayas.
Sayas wants to lay and pray for a moment but Applebottom keeps working.
Applebottom is looking for a sweep.
Sayas wants to control but Applebottom is keeping him busy.
Applebottom is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Sayas has just dragged him back down to the mat.
You can see the frustration on Applebottom's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Sayas gets to mount! Applebottom was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

Sayas takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Applebottom is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Applebottom wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Applebottom is trying to get back to his feet but Sayas has full control of the position and if anything, Applebottom has just worked his way into a worse spot.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
