Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Repo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kim Jong Un (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jong Un has chosen DPRKorean National Anthem as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Repo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kim Jong Un!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jong Un swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Repo counters with a nice uppercut.


It looks like Kim Jong Un has been cut.
Jong Un shoots in for a takedown but Repo shows good takedown defense.
As Jong Un looks to move away, Repo throws a big counter combo bu Jong Un just gets out of the way.

Jong Un scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Jong Un takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Repo pushes Jong Un off looking to stand but Jong Un dives back in and keeps control.
Jong Un is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Repo!

Jong Un jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Repo manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Jong Un wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Repo, who protects the arm well.
Jong Un controls the position from side control.
Jong Un trying to control the position but Repo is working away.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Jong Un looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Jong Un wants to lay and pray for a moment but Repo keeps working.

Jong Un working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Jong Un trying to control the action but Repo is working from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jong Un thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Repo wants to get back to his feet but Jong Un drags him back down.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Jong Un is looking to take a break and control but Repo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Jong Un thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
We've been informed that Jong Un has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

Jong Un tries for a kimura but Repo is defending well.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Jong Un throws a sloppy head kick
and Repo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Good exchange - Jong Un coming out on top.
Jong Un pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Repo swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Jong Un fails with a takedown attempt.
Repo went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

Repo circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jong Un throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Repo was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Jong Un moves into the clinch.
Repo wants to get back to striking at distance but Jong Un won't allow it.
Repo gets underhooks to prevent Jong Un's takedown attempt.

Repo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Repo showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Jong Un.

The fight stays on the outside here - Jong Un looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Repo is looking to counter punch.
Jong Un closes this distance looking for a takedown but Repo circles away.
Repo was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Mike Repo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kim Jong Un.

Jong Un moves into the clinch.
Repo wants to break the clinch but can't.

Repo breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jong Un tries to clinch but Repo is having none of it.

A counter left hand to the body from Repo misses its target.

Repo avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Jong Un closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Jong Un jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Repo walks away with a smile on his face. Jong Un gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Jong Un gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
enabling Repo to counter with a crisp jab.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jong Un is defended easily by Repo.
Jong Un throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A little feinted left hand from Repo on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Mike Repo is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Jong Un throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Repo swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Kim Jong Un seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jong Un looks for the body kick but Repo saw that one coming.
Repo circles away from the clinch attempt.
Repo was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Jong Un tries to clinch but Repo moves away
and Repo connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Repo keeps the fight on the outside.
Repo swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Mike Repo is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Jong Un darts in trying to clinch
and Repo counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Jong Un looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Repo is looking to counter punch.

Jong Un has taken the fight to the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Kim Jong Un will probably get the nod - 10:9.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!


Jong Un dives in and grabs Repo's left leg, looking for a takedown. Repo pushes down on Jong Un's head and hops out.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jong Un looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
It looked like Repo wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Mike Repo is winning the standup battle so far.
Jong Un doesn't manage to clinch there - Repo circles away.
It looked like Repo was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Jong Un.
Jong Un has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Jong Un fails with the takedown

and Repo counters with a nice right hand that sends Jong Un toppling to the canvas! Jong Un scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Repo finish him?!

Jong Un looks for the body kick but Repo saw that one coming.
Jong Un shoots in but no luck this time.
Mike Repo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kim Jong Un.
Jong Un tries to score a power double leg takedown but Repo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jong Un somewhat.

Nice takedown defense from Repo. No joy for Jong Un on that attempt.
Repo displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jong Un.
Repo swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Jong Un moves to clinch but Repo breaks away
and Repo counters with a left to the body.
Jong Un takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

and Repo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.


That has opened up Kim Jong Un's cut even more.

Jong Un fails with an attempt to clinch.

and Repo counters with a crisp right hand that drops Jong Un! Repo lets Jong Un back up to his feet, looking for a finish!


Jong Un is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jong Un throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jong Un is still on wobbly legs! Can Repo finish him?
Jong Un tries to clinch but Repo is having none of it.
A nice inside leg kick there by Jong Un. That's going to slow Repo down.
Jong Un seems to have recovered his senses.
Jong Un throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Repo.
A low kick from Jong Un is predictable there

and Repo counters with a crisp right hand that drops Jong Un! Repo lets Jong Un back up to his feet, looking for a finish!


The cut above Kim Jong Un's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Repo swats away the attempt to clinch by Jong Un.

Jong Un tries to clinch but Repo moves away
and Repo counters with a big right hand! Oh Jong Un is in trouble here! Repo follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:13 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mike Repo!
The defeated Kim Jong Un had this to say: 'Well, this might be the last time you see me fight. I need to watch some tapes, heal up, and make a determination. If this is it, it's over. Otherwise, It is. It is what it is. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to get drunk and down some painkillers. Fried chicken.'.
