Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dark Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Alvisi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Alvisi's choice of entrance music: AC/DC - Live Wire. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dark Hunter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Scott Alvisi! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hunter darts in and clinches Alvisi up against the cage. Hunter using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Alvisi has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Hunter breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Alvisi is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Hunter tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Hunter moves into the clinch. Hunter manages to break the clinch.
Hunter closes the distance but Alvisi moves to the side and Alvisi counters with a takedown into side control. Alvisi thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Alvisi bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hunter's guard. Alvisi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hunter swivels though and keeps the full guard. Alvisi stands and throws Hunter's legs to the side, diving into side control. Alvisi tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Alvisi is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hunter is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Alvisi is trying to get an arm triangle but Hunter is defending well. Alvisi is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Hunter tries to clinch up and Alvisi counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Alvisi is looking for a kimura but Hunter is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Alvisi to get the leverage. Alvisi is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Hunter! Alvisi is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Hunter has managed to escape the submission attempt.

That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Alvisi is still trying to improve position. Alvisi keeps trying to improve his position. Alvisi manages to work his way to half guard, despite Hunter's best efforts. Alvisi slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Hunter has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Hunter wanted to stand there but Alvisi had control of the position. Alvisi has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hunter can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Alvisi throws his legs up looking for a submission but Hunter uses it to pass to side control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Alvisi is trying to work for a sweep but Hunter has mounted him! Alvisi can't escape the position.

Hunter is trying to stick to Alvisi's back but Alvisi is turning into Hunter. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Hunter's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Alvisi. Hunter trying to control the position.
Alvisi drops back, looking for a kneebar! Hunter looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Hunter looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Hunter!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Alvisi is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Hunter tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Alvisi is looking for a sweep. Alvisi is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Hunter off and has taken his back! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Scott Alvisi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

Alvisi is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Hunter pulls him back up using the underhooks. Hunter lands an elbow just above Alvisi 's eye. Alvisi is working for takedown but Hunter is calmly controlling the position for now. Alvisi takes an elbow to the forehead. Alvisi has picked Hunter up - he's going for a ride! Alvisi dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Hunter manages to escape and get back to his feet! Hunter tries to clinch up but Alvisi circles away and keeps his distance. Alvisi changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Hunter moves in looking to clinch but Alvisi pushes him off. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Hunter!

That's one minute gone in the round. Hunter lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Alvisi takes an elbow to the temple. Hunter lands a right hand. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Hunter. Hunter with a knee to the head.
Hunter stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Hunter lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Hunter looks to throw an elbow but misses. Hunter pushes off an throws an elbow but Alvisi leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Alvisi takes an elbow to the forehead. Hunter creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Alvisi's defenses.

That's two minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hunter tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Alvisi's elbow. Alvisi on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Hunter lands a damaging elbow. Hunter lands an elbow inside that Alvisi shrugs off. Hunter lands a nice elbow. Hunter is pushing Alvisi up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Hunter lands an elbow just above Alvisi 's eye. Alvisi has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Hunter after a bit of a struggle. Dark Hunter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Scott Alvisi. Hunter pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Alvisi drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hunter lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Hunter misses with a knee to the head. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Hunter creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Hunter. Good body shot from Hunter.
Alvisi takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Hunter escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Scott Alvisi is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Hunter doesn't manage to clinch there - Alvisi circles away.

Hunter lands a nice uppercut. A nice glancing elbow lands by Hunter. Dark Hunter has scored more points in the clinch so far. Hunter cracks Alvisi with a nice body shot. Hunter tries a knee to the head but Alvisi blocks it.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hunter working some nice short punches in the clinch. Hunter lands a nice shot to the body. Hunter lands a nice elbow. Dark Hunter has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Hunter pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
And that's the end of the fight! Dark Hunter showed his dominance in that final round. I think Alvisi has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
