Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kid Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jus Money (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Torres comes to the cage accompanied by Adagio For Strings. Money is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Who Let The Dogs Out. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kid Torres!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jus Money!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Torres moves into the clinch.

Torres escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Money gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Money drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Money jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Money is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Torres not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Torres moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Torres throws a nice inside leg kick.

Money shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Money was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Torres tries to hold on but Money pushes him away.
Money won't let Torres get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

Money goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Torres is on top in guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Torres wants to get up but he can't break Money's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Money escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Torres gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kid Torres dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Money shoots in for a takedown but Torres shows good takedown defense.
Jus Money seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Money misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Torres tries to close the distance and clinch but Money swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Kid Torres.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Torres, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
