Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ezekiel Harrell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stanley Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Ezekiel Harrell has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ezekiel Harrell! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Stanley Parker! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Bruno Lombardi and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Parker closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Parker pulls Harrell into guard.
Parker looking for a sweep. Not yet Parker, not yet. Parker has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Harrell can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Parker working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Harrell doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Harrell manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Harrell advances to half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Harrell sitting and controlling from the half guard. Parker is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harrell is figuring out what he wants to do next. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Parker wants to control but Harrell is keeping busy and won't allow it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Harrell wants to get back to his feet.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Parker looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Harrell! Parker just content to control the position. Parker wants to lay and pray for a moment but Harrell keeps working. Parker working away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Harrell is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Parker is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Parker tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Harrell can't do much from the bottom here. Harrell is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Harrell is not content to let Parker control the position. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Harrell can't do much from the bottom here.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Parker jabs Harrell to the body, keeping him at a distance. Parker swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Harrell counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Harrell. Parker's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Parker closes the distance and pushes Harrell back into the cage. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Harrell tries to score a body lock takedown but Parker shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Harrell tries for a takedown but Parker manages to get underhooks.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Stanley Parker dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Parker throws a right and a left that both miss. Parker keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Parker darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Harrell regains full guard. Nicely done. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Parker trying to control the position from guard on top but Harrell is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Harrell is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harrell not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Harrell is looking for a triangle but Parker pushes his legs off easily.
Parker is looking to work some ground and pound but Harrell has wrist control. Parker postures up.
Parker stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Harrell swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Harrell on the wrong end of a nice jab. Parker changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Harrell looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Harrell tries to buck Parker off but Parker is having none of it. Parker has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Harrell is not content to let Parker control the position. Parker is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Harrell defending against the ground and pound. Parker is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Harrell has escaped the position, nice work there. Harrell regains half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Harrell is controlling Parker's trapped leg to prevent Parker from advancing to side control. Parker not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Harrell is refusing to be controlled, as Parker sits in half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Harrell is looking to control Parker's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Harrell avoid being mounted?
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Nice defenses there by Harrell. Stanley Parker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Parker closes the distance and pushes Harrell back into the cage. A bit of stalling here from Harrell.
Harrell has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Parker after a bit of a struggle. Parker pulls guard effortlessly. Harrell not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Stanley Parker showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Harrell takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Parker feints and as Harrell raises his hands in defense, Parker changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Harrell controls Parker momentarily but Parker frees himself. Parker throws a big right hand that misses. Parker is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Harrell is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Parker trying to control the position from guard on top but Harrell is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Harrell has a closed guard, preventing Parker from standing up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harrell is looking to sweep but instead, Parker has passed into half guard.
Harrell looking for submissions off his back. Parker sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Harrell defending well though. Parker is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Harrell keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Harrell taking shots to the head.
It looks like Ezekiel Harrell has been cut. The referee warns Harrell that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Harrell is rocked! Parker takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Oh Harrell is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Parker lands a big elbow - Harrell is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Harrell is forced to tap out!
