Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucius Hodge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bomber Force (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lucius Hodge has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Lucius Hodge! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bomber Force! The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Ben Hemmingworth and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Force changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hodge looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Force moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Hodge could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Hodge is trying to control Force's posture but Force avoids it. Force just content to control the position. Hodge struggling a bit here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hodge tries to bench press Force off him but Force keeps the position. The referee asks Force politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Force prefers to stall for the moment though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hodge stops Force from passing to mount. Force advances to full mount. Force controlling the pace for now. Force moves to the back. Hodge is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Force.
Hodge tries to escape the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Force has good solid back control here. Hodge is really stuck here.
Force has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Hodge's body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Force is trying to stick to Hodge's back but Hodge is turning into Force. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Force's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Hodge. Force looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Force is trying to keep Hodge in close.
Hodge wants to stand and escape but instead Force has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Force sitting in guard here, content to control. Hodge is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Force is controlling him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Force engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Hodge controlling the position. Force passes into half guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Well, if Force is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bomber Force dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Force closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Hodge might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Hodge tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Force performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Force is continuing to stall. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hodge wants to get back to full guard. Hodge wants to sweep but Force has passed to side control! Force is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Force's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Force working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Force passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Hodge! Hodge is in all sorts of trouble here.
Hodge wants to control but Force is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Hodge is desperately trying to improve his position but Force has a good base and remains in mount. Hodge wants to control but Force is having none of it. Hodge looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Force is riding his opponent, not letting Hodge buck him off. Force working for the choke. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. I really don't envy Hodge right now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Force biding his time, controlling Hodge. Hodge is trying to break free.
Good control from Force. Hodge rolls, trying to escape but Force keeps control of the position.
Force is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. Hodge is trying to stand back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Hodge is really stuck here.

Bomber Force showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Hodge enables Force to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Hodge manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Force looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Force trying to control but Hodge is working from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Force is pushing down on Hodge's leg trying to pass to half guard. Hodge is fighting to maintain full guard but Force has managed to sneak the leg through. Hodge is trying to get back to full guard. Force wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hodge keeps working.
That's one minute gone in the round. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Force in particular looking to stall. Hodge misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Force is controlling the pace.
Bomber Force has got the better of the ground game so far. Hodge is trying to control but can't.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Hodge tries to clinch there but Force circles away.
Force is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Hodge clinches up against the cage. Hodge is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Force to keep the fight standing. Hodge tries to pull guard but Force holds him up against the cage and eventually Hodge drops back down to his feet.
Force has picked Hodge up - he's going for a ride! Force dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Hodge is not content to let Force control the position. Hodge wants to get back to his feet. Hodge trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Force looking to control but Hodge is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Force wants to take his opponent's back but Hodge doesn't allow it. Hodge wants to hold on but Force pushes him away. Hodge is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Force has taken his back! What can Hodge do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Bomber Force is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. I really don't envy Hodge right now.
