The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dam tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Talley is able to avoid easily.
Talley is looking to clinch.
Dam misses with a double jab.
As Dam tries to get set, Talley tries to push him back and clinch up but Dam manages to avoid the attempt.
Dam shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Talley tries to kick Dam off but Dam keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Talley tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Dam manages to move to mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dam can't control as he wanted to and Talley manages to get the fight back to his half guard.
