Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between PJ Benn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vincent Vega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vega has chosen You Never Can Tell as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, PJ Benn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Vincent Vega!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Micheangelo Fripello and Jeff Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. Vega darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Benn on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Vega stuns Benn with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Oh, that's a big right hand from Vega and Benn goes tumbling to the canvas! Vega follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

Benn is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Benn misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Oh Benn is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Benn is breathing heavily.
Vega has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Benn seems to have got his legs back now.
Vega controlling from the full mount.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Vega's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Benn tries to lock up and control but Vega gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vega controlling his opponent.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Vega prevents Benn from getting the reversal.
Vega tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Vega is continuing to stall.
The adventures of Vega the control monster continue. Boring.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Benn tries to get back to half guard but can't.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Vincent Vega dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Vega lands a slapping body shot.
Vega scores with a shot to the body.
Vincent Vega seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Vega feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Benns jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Vega steps in with a hook that catches Benn right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Vega follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Benn looks absolutely devastated.

Vincent Vega bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
