Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cosh Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Polish Engineer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cosh Boy could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Polish Engineer's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Cosh Boy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Polish Engineer! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Dillan Fox and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boy throws a jab but it's blocked by Engineer. Engineer shapes to counter with a head kick. Engineer misses with a head kick.
Engineer decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Engineer seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Boy is looking for a sweep. Engineer is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Boy wants to control but Engineer is keeping busy.
Boy has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Boy is looking to improve his position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Boy is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Engineer pulls his head out easily. Boy tries to roll over but Engineer keeps him under control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Engineer is thwarting Boy's attempts to control the position. Boy wants to get back to full guard. Boy looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Engineer scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Boy is trying to get back to full guard. Boy looking for submissions off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Engineer slips a nice elbow through Boy's hands, connecting with Boy's forehead. Boy tries to roll over but Engineer keeps him under control. Boy is working hard here to advance position. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Ground and pound from Engineer. Engineer tries to pass to full mount but Boy defends it. Boy works his way to full guard. Good work. Boy is trying to control the position but Engineer postures up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Engineer trying to control but Boy is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Boy escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Engineer gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Boy lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Boy trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Boy makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Engineer is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Boy wants to control from the top but Engineer keeps moving. Boy tries to free his leg and advance position but Engineer is retaining full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Boy pushes down on Engineer's leg and manages to get into half guard. Boy frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Engineer has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it. Engineer tries to hold on but Boy postures up. Engineer is working to get back to half guard.
Boy can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Engineer is looking to escape. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Engineer takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Boy lands with some strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Cosh Boy dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Boy feints and as Engineer raises his hands in defense, Boy changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
It looks like Polish Engineer has been cut. Engineer is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Boy won't allow Engineer to get back to his feet. Boy throwing strikes but missing. Boy drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Engineer manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Boy has Engineer in his guard.
Engineer must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Engineer wants to control from the top but Boy keeps moving. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Boy is striking from the bottom but Engineer uses the opportunity to pass into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Boy regains full guard. Nicely done. Boy wants to sweep but no luck. Boy has an active guard here but Engineer has managed to pass into half guard.
Boy is trying to get back to full guard. Engineer works his foot free and advances to mount. Boy really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Boy sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Engineer is trying to control the action in half guard but Boy is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Boy is trying to control but can't.
Boy makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Boy. Boy working a defensive guard here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Boy wants to sweep here but Engineer controlling him for the moment. Engineer avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Engineer content to stall in guard here. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Boy fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Engineer avoids it really well and circles away. Engineer tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Boy was well out of range. Poor timing from Engineer. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Boy. Engineer gets a double leg takedown into Boy's guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Engineer stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Boy swivels though and keeps the full guard. Boy wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Polish Engineer showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Polish Engineer's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Boy throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Engineer feints the counter takedown. Boy takes the fight into the clinch. Boy throws a head punch that misses. Boy tries to pull guard but Engineer holds him up against the cage and eventually Boy drops back down to his feet.
Boy can't break the clinch.
Boy is trying to break free. Boy wants a takedown.
Boy drops down looking for an ankle pick but Engineer pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cosh Boy. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Engineer throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Boy was covering up waiting for the punch and Engineer finishes the takedown easily into guard. Boy wants to improve his position but instead Engineer has moved into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Engineer is keen to just control but Boy is a slippery customer. Boy has hold of Engineer's hands but Engineer slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Boy trying to hold on to Engineer's head to control him but Engineer postures up.
Boy is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Boy trying to control here.
Boy is trying to get back to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Boy makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Boy. Engineer lands a couple of digs. Engineer slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Boy sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Boy is trying to maintain the position but Engineer is very close to passing his half guard. Engineer is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Engineer wants to lay and pray for a moment but Boy keeps working. Engineer is thwarting Boy's attempts to control the position.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Boy loads up on a big right hand but Engineer slips the punch. Engineer is looking for the big counter here. Boy misses with an uppercut
and Engineer counters with a single leg into guard. Boy didn't expect that. Engineer chips away with some ground and pound. Engineer postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Boy is looking to sweep but instead, Engineer has passed into half guard.
Boy is trying to get back to full guard. Engineer lands strikes from half guard. Boy looking to force a kimura from the bottom here. He's concentrating on that move too much though and Engineer pushes past his half guard into mount! Boy gets back to half guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Engineer perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Boy gets full guard. Boy keeping moving, preventing Engineer from controlling successfully.
And that's the end of the fight! Polish Engineer comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Engineer has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
