Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Loki Wojtk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chim Skrylvia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wojtk comes to the cage accompanied by Thunderstruck, ACDC. Chim Skrylvia has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wojtk walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Skrylvia checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Wojtk circles away from the clinch attempt
enabling Wojtk to counter with a crisp jab.
Wojtk lands with a cross.
Skrylvia thows a left - swing and a miss!
A quick step to the side and Wojtk tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Skrylvia tries to close the distance and clinch up but Wojtk swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Wojtk tries to counter by clinching up but Skrylvia breaks away and moves out of range.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Skrylvia has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Skrylvia tries to clinch up but Wojtk circles away and keeps his distance.
Wojtk looks for the body kick but Skrylvia saw that one coming.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wojtk fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Skrylvia tries to clinch but Wojtk moves away

and Wojtk counters with a single leg into guard. Skrylvia didn't expect that.
Wojtk wants to pass the guard but Skrylvia is keeping the position.
Wojtk advances to half guard.

Wojtk is looking to advance position but Skrylvia won't allow it.
Skrylvia makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Skrylvia.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Skrylvia has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Wojtk is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Wojtk forces his way into half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Wojtk is looking for a kimura but Skrylvia is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Wojtk to get the leverage.

Wojtk seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Skrylvia is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
