The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCullough has managed to clinch.
Dodger jumps guard but McCullough stands there with Dodger around his waist. Dodger gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
McCullough wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Dodger has him pressed against the cage.

McCullough lands a hook that snaps the head of Dodger backwards.

McCullough escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dodger takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Dodger tries for a takedown but McCullough sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
McCullough misses with a low kick as Dodger jumps back.
Dodger shoots for a double leg takedown but McCullough sprawls well. He's pushed Dodger's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Artful Dodger. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Dodger is breathing heavily.
McCullough lands a hook that stumbles Dodger back into the cage. McCullough follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Dodger to the canvas! McCullough pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Dodger has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
