Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rolf Nolan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julio Shogun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Rolf Nolan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Julio Shogun! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Chris Edwards and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nolan shoots for a double leg takedown but Shogun sprawls well. He's pushed Nolan's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Nolan backing away here, and Shogun unleashes a leg kick that just misses. Nolan really is a fat lump. Nolan misses with a head kick.
Shogun is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Nolan throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Nolan shoots in but Shogun avoids the takedown attempt easily. Shogun blocks a head kick by Nolan.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nolan pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Nolan shoots in looking for a takedown but Shogun manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Nolan's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rolf Nolan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Shogun forces Nolan back against the cage and clinches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Shogun tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Nolan avoids it. Come on Shogun - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Shogun lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
It looks like Rolf Nolan has been cut. Knees in the clinch landing for Shogun.
Nolan is breathing heavily. Nolan being controlled against the cage. Nolan creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Shogun creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Nolan's defenses. Shogun is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Nolan. Nice body punch from Shogun - that landed with a thud.

Rolf Nolan's cut is getting worse. Shogun tries to work over Nolan's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Shogun lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Rolf Nolan's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Shogun unloads a knee to the mid-section. Nolan lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Shogun digs a right hand into Nolan's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Nolan's gas tank. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Shogun tries to work over Nolan's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Shogun gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Jeez, Rolf Nolan's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Rolf Nolan's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
