Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Makahlen Gorbachoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Steele (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Steele's choice of entrance music: Cinderella Man. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, George Steele!
The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Summer Carpenter and Francis DeMontford.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steele uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Gorbachoff.
Steele uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Gorbachoff.
Gorbachoff throws a solid leg kick but Steele takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Gorbachoff.

Steele is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Gorbachoff's half guard.
Gorbachoff wants to control but Steele is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Steele is working for a kimura but Gorbachoff is defending it quite comfortably.

That was a close round but I would say that Makahlen Gorbachoff will probably get the nod.

Steele has his feet on Gorbachoff's thighs here. He's pushed Gorbachoff off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Gorbachoff screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
