Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Aamu Virtanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Saenchai Murbaratchon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Aamu Virtanen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Saenchai Murbaratchon!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Mauricio Rocha and Leandro Rodrigues.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murbaratchon is looking to clinch but Virtanen is avoiding it.
Virtanen tries to counter with a takedown but Murbaratchon is quick to defend against it.
Virtanen dives in for a single leg takedown but Murbaratchon sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Virtanen goes for a double leg but Murbaratchon avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Murbaratchon continues to drive forward.
Virtanen fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Virtanen on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Virtanen tries to get out of the position.
Virtanen is looking for a sweep. Murbaratchon is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

A head kick misses from Murbaratchon.
Virtanen changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Murbaratchon tries to avoid it but Virtanen manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Murbaratchon to the ground. Murbaratchon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Murbaratchon tries to score with some ground and pound. Virtanen controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Virtanen is not content to let Murbaratchon control the position.

Murbaratchon slows the pace down.

Murbaratchon tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Murbaratchon has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Murbaratchon throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Virtanen tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Murbaratchon is in Virtanen's guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Virtanen wants to improve his position but Murbaratchon is controlling well.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Murbaratchon defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Virtanen.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Virtanen shoots in looking for a takedown but Murbaratchon manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Virtanen's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Well Murbaratchon has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
