Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mason Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miralles Cezar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mason Storm has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mason Storm! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Miralles Cezar! The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Daniel Cesar and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Storm checks the leg kick nicely there.
Cezar misses with an uppercut. Storm shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Cezar as he jumps to the side. Storm scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Cezar tries to buck Storm off but Storm is having none of it. Cezar pushes Storm away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Storm gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cezar tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's one minute gone in the round. Storm tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Storm has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Cezar tries to get back to half guard but can't. Cezar can't do much from the bottom here. Cezar is looking to regain half guard here but Storm keeps moving and retains side control. Cezar pushes Storm away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Storm gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Storm tries for a kimura but Cezar is defending well. Storm tries to score with some ground and pound. Cezar controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Storm looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Cezar manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Storm is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Cezar pulls his head out easily. Cezar works his foot free and advances to mount. Storm is squirming around, avoiding Cezar's attempts to control the action. Storm tries to hold on but Cezar postures up. Storm is looking to get to half guard. Cezar thowing shots but they're missing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Storm keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Storm wants to hold on but Cezar pushes him away. Storm sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Storm is looking for a sweep. Cezar is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Cezar moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Storm. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! You can see the frustration on Storm's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Miralles Cezar will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Cezar defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Storm. Cezar fails with a takedown attempt. Storm tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Cezar manages to circle out of the way.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Cezar stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Cezar wants it to stay on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mason Storm. That's going to take a lot out of him. Cezar stuffs the takedown. Cezar shoots in for a takedown but Storm shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Excellent takedown into side control there by Cezar. You can see the frustration on Storm's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Storm is looking to reverse the position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Storm is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Cezar off and has taken his back! Storm controlling well, preventing Cezar from escaping the position.

That was a close second round but I would say that Mason Storm will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Storm thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Storm decides to stand back up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cezar fails with the takedown. Mason Storm has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Miralles Cezar.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cezar tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Storm manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Storm has been working on his balance at Ultimate Fighting Federation Gym, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Cezar. Horrible takedown attempt by Cezar or perhaps it was just good defense by Storm, which made it look bad. Storm drops down looking for a counter takedown but Cezar sprawls and moves away. Cezar thows a leg kick but Storm checks it and Storm counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Cezar! Storm has control of an arm but Cezar manages to advance to Storm's back! Cezar has managed to slip his arm under Storm's chin. This could be all over... yep, Storm is tapping out! Submission win for Cezar.
