Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kelley Hull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bomber Force (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kelley Hull!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bomber Force!
The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Donatello Bradman and Winston Howard.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Force dives in and scores a takedown into Hull's guard.
Force wants to control from the top but Hull keeps moving.
Force trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Force engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Force forces his way into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Force is controlling the pace.
Force is pressing down on Hull's thigh, looking to free his foot. Hull is holding on for now.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hull is looking to control Force's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Hull avoid being mounted?
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hull is not content to let Force control the position.
Hull is in trouble now - Force has advanced to mount!
Force sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Hull is controlling an arm, preventing Force from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.

Force has hold of Hull's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Hull manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Hull holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Force tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Force trying to control but he's not successful this time.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Hull is bucking up trying to escape but Force cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Force wants to finish this one by submission but Hull is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Force.
Force content just to control the position here.
Force is stalling here but it's allowed Hull to get half guard.
Force sitting and controlling from the half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Force thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Force trying to control the action but Hull is working from the bottom.

Force is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Hull has managed to free his arm - good work.
Force trying to control the pace.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
It looks like Force might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bomber Force dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.



Force scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Force has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Hull is trying to stand back up but Force is controlling him

Force wants to control the pace but Hull is squirming around nicely.

Force looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Force is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Hull to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Hull shrugs it off.

Force goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Hull is on top in guard.
Force keeping moving, preventing Hull from controlling successfully.
Force pulls Hull in to control the position.
Hull has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Hull wants to control from the top but Force keeps moving.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Force is on top in guard.


Force drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Force jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Force passes Hull's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Force tries to pass the half guard into mount. Hull knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Force seems to be looking for submissions.
Force is controlling the pace.
Force working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Hull's thigh. Hull counters though and makes it back to full guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Force sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Force trying to control but Hull is working from the bottom.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Force's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Hull knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Force on the ground.
Force trying to control but Hull is working from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bomber Force showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!


Hull fails with a takedown attempt.
Hull with a lazy takedown attempt
and Force counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Force fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hull sprawls well initially but Force persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Hull is trying to control but Force passes into side control!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Force tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Force is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Hull has escaped the position, nice work there.

Force looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Hull is avoiding damage well.

Force looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Hull wants to control but Force postures up.
Force taking a breather here.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Force trying to control the action but Hull is working from the bottom.
Force throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Force working away.
Force trying to control the action but Hull is working from the bottom.
Hull regains half guard, as Force was trying to land strikes.
Force works his way into full mount!
Bomber Force is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Force controlling the pace for now.

And that's the end of the fight!
Bomber Force comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Force has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
