and Heed counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Heed not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Heed thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Takaya moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Takaya has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Heed can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
