Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Aleksandr Martynov and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ishan throws a head kick but Parker moves out of range.
Parker tries to score a power double leg takedown but Ishan sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Parker somewhat.
Ishan unleashes a big counter combination but Parker bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Parker gets caught flat footed, as Ishan shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Parker really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Parker wants to get back to his feet but Ishan is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Parker is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Ishan is looking to control Parker's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Ishan avoid being mounted?

Parker is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Parker fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ishan avoids it really well and circles away.
Ishan wants to clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ishan looks to land a combination. Parker sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
It looks like Edmund Parker has been cut.

Ishan throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Parker tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Ishan is in Parker's guard.
Parker is rocked!
Ishan is looking to advance position but Parker has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Oh Parker is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ishan is breathing heavily.
Ishan regains half guard.
Parker is trying to control. Ishan wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Ishan is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Parker lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Ishan misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Parker seems to have got his legs back now.
Ishan wants to control but Parker is keeping busy.
Parker slows the pace down in half guard.
Parker throwing shots but Ishan is blocking nicely.

Parker is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Ishan is just riding it out for now. Parker eventually gives up the hold.
Ishan is refusing to be controlled, as Parker sits in half guard.
Ishan has hold of Parker's hands but Parker slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Parker slows the pace down in half guard.
Parker has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Parker is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Ishan looks calm but he's in trouble here. Parker gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Ishan is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Parker lets go of the hold and Ishan can pop his arm back in it's socket.
