Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Call Me!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, JunJun Jones!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shigeki Sano and Taro Takaoka.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Jones. No joy for Me on that attempt.
Me tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jones sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Me somewhat.
Jones shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Me pinned against the cage. Me gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Me attempts a counter takedown but Jones avoids it well and moves away.
Jones shoots in for a takedown but Me shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Me feinted with a counter takedown.
Me is trying hard to land a takedown here. Jones sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Me has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Jones tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Me defends well and Jones ends up having to push Me into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Jones throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Me.
Me appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Jones moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Jones swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Me counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Me.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Me accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Jones shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Me sprawls well. Me wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jones gets slowly back to his feet.
Jones rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Me moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Jones goes for a double leg but Me avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Me continues to drive forward.

Me thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Jones's head.
Me tries to pass to full mount but Jones defends it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Me moves into full mount! Jones won't be happy about that!
Me pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Me is landing with some decent strikes but Jones is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Me thowing shots but they're missing.

Me lands a couple of good shots and Jones has given up his back, trying to escape the position!

Horrible takedown attempt by Jones or perhaps it was just good defense by Me, which made it look bad.

Me tries to pass the half guard into mount. Jones knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Me lands a nice short elbow.

Me is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Jones can do to turn this around?

Me darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Jones is in trouble now - Me has advanced to mount!
Me lands a heavy elbow.
Jones is trying to stand up.
Me scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Jones?

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Me loads up with a big shot that hurts Jones! He's pulled Me in close but Me has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Jones survive? More strikes from Me and Jones is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:27 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Call Me!
Call Me decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
