Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Bagera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Greg House (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Greg House! The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Luis Engracia and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! House misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Greg House seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. House tries to clinch up but Bagera circles away and keeps his distance. House fails with a takedown attempt. Bagera shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says House as he avoids it easily. Bagera circles away from the clinch attempt.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Bagera. House throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bagera. Bagera looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for House! Bagera trying to control but he's not successful this time. Bagera lands a heavy elbow.
It looks like Greg House has been cut. House looks gassed!

House is looking to improve his position but Bagera isn't that keen on the idea. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bagera working for a submission but House is keeping him at bay. House wants to hold on but Bagera pushes him away. Bagera blocks House's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. Bagera controlling from the full mount.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Bagera takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Bagera lands with some strikes. House sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Bagera trying to control the action but House is working from the bottom. House slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. House has his hands on Bagera's head, controlling the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

House thows a left - swing and a miss! Bagera shoots in but House avoids the takedown attempt easily. House fails with the takedown and Bagera counters with a nice double leg into side control. House won't be happy with that. Bagera tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Bagera has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! House is trying to control Bagera's posture but Bagera avoids it. House sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. House is looking for a triangle but Bagera pushes his legs off easily.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. House fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bagera sprawls well initially but House persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Bagera is looking to get back to full guard here but House has managed to pass to side control instead.
That's three minutes gone in the round. House can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bagera is looking to escape. House throws some wild stikes that Bagera manages to avoid easily.
House trying to control but Bagera is having none of it. House avoids the attempt from Bagera to control. House punching from mount but Bagera doing a good job of avoiding damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. House unloads with some shots from mount but Bagera bucks and avoids them well.
House throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. House sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bagera is trying desperately to improve position. House misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

A close second round but Greg House will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Greg House's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

House is trying to maintain the position but Bagera is very close to passing his half guard. House is trying to stand back up but Bagera is controlling him
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. House closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - House lands in his opponent's guard. Bagera keeping moving, preventing House from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. House passes Bagera's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Bagera wants to improve his position but House is controlling well.

Bagera is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Bagera is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but House pulls his head out easily. House is trying to control the action in half guard but Bagera is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. House clinches but Bagera breaks the clinch and Bagera counters with a shoot takedown. House fights it but they end up in guard. Bagera won't allow House to sweep him here. Bagera postures up in House's guard and throws a big left but House blocks it. House is looking to sinch up a triangle. Bagera throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to House's body to avoid the submission. House has instead reached around Bagera's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! House arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
