Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Natsu Dragneel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and AL Lickertwat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). He arrived on a last minute flight shortly after looking tired and unhappy. Officials decided the fight should still take place, much to the delight of the fans in attendance.
Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Natsu Dragneel and AL Lickertwat. AL Lickertwat acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dragneel throws a leg kick
and Lickertwat counters with a stiff right hand.
Good leg kick by Dragneel there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Dragneel keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Dragneel thinks about countering with a body kick.
Lickertwat throws a head kick that misses.
Dragneel appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Dragneel avoids the head kick by Lickertwat.
Lickertwat throws a body shot but no joy.
Lickertwat cracks Dragneel with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Dragneel cracks Lickertwat with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Lickertwat looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Dragneel finish him?
Lickertwat is rocked!
It looks like AL Lickertwat has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dragneel throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Lickertwat feints the counter takedown.
Lickertwat is still on wobbly legs! Can Dragneel finish him?
Dragneel misses with a body kick.
Dragneel steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Lickertwat.
Lickertwat seems to have recovered his senses.

A looping hook to the body misses from Dragneel. Lickertwat does a little dance to reset his feet.

Lickertwat goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Lickertwat thows a left - swing and a miss!

Dragneel on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Lickertwat bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Dragneel lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Lickertwat looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
As Lickertwat tries to get set, Dragneel tries to push him back and clinch up but Lickertwat manages to avoid the attempt.
Dragneel is looking to land body kicks.
Dragneel moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Lickertwat cracks Dragneel with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dragneel tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lickertwat paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Dragneel misses with a double jab
and Lickertwat counters with a lovely straight right hand!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Dragneel.
Lickertwat tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dragneel was well out of range. Poor timing from Lickertwat.
Dragneel half committed to a counter leg kick.
Lickertwat blocks a low kick nicely.
Lickertwat misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Lickertwat lands a really nice looking cross but Dragneel seems unphased.

Lickertwat lands with a nice combination. Dragneel backs away looking to recover.
Lickertwat misses with a shot to the body
and Dragneel counters with a low kick, right behind Lickertwat 's knee.
Lickertwat is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Lickertwat will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

and Lickertwat counters with a straight right hand.
Lickertwat fails with a takedown attempt.
Natsu Dragneel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of AL Lickertwat.
Lickertwat misses with a shot to the body
and Dragneel counters with a crisp right hand that drops Lickertwat! Dragneel lets Lickertwat back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Lickertwat moves out of range of the body kick.
A little jabbing left from Lickertwat on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Lickertwat takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
A lazy left from Lickertwat finds it's target.
We've been told by Dragneel's head coaches at Furia Top Team that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nice body punch from Lickertwat.
Lickertwat does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
As Lickertwat looks to move away, Dragneel throws a big counter combo bu Lickertwat just gets out of the way.
A chopping leg kick lands by Dragneel.
Dragneel stuffs the takedown.

Dragneel avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Lickertwat misses with a wild combination.
A lazy left from Lickertwat finds it's target.
An inside leg kick from Dragneel misses.
Dragneel pivots, looking for a leg kick but Lickertwat is out of range and Dragneel settles back down.

and Dragneel cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Lickertwat looks like he wants to counter punch here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Natsu Dragneel will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on AL Lickertwat's cut.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Dragneel slips under a jab from Lickertwat.
As Lickertwat backs away, Dragneel returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Both fighters circling a little - Dragneel finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Dragneel tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Lickertwat is able to avoid easily.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dragneel lands a big right hand that drops Lickertwat! The killer instinct kicks in and Dragneel finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Dragneel!

A relieved looking Natsu Dragneel thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
