Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Warren Chadstone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Albein Rock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rock is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by sugar we're going down. Albein Rock is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Warren Chadstone! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Albein Rock! The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Ben Watson and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chadstone will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Chadstone fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Rock, pushing him back against the cage. Chadstone drags the fight down to the ground.
Rock stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Chadstone swivels though and keeps the full guard. Chadstone uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Chadstone defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rock. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rock shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Horrible takedown attempt by Chadstone or perhaps it was just good defense by Rock, which made it look bad. Rock takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chadstone moves to clinch but Rock breaks away and Rock counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Rock feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Chadstones jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Nice takedown defense from Chadstone. No joy for Rock on that attempt. Warren Chadstone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Albein Rock. The fight stays on the outside here - Rock looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Chadstone seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Chadstone has closed the distance and engaged Rock in a clinch.
Rock tries to pull guard but Chadstone forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Rock is pressed up against the cage. Chadstone has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Rock down to the mat. Rock avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Chadstone looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rock displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Chadstone. Chadstone has a takedown stuffed. As Chadstone backs off Rock throws a huge counter combo but Chadstone manages to avoid it all. Warren Chadstone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Chadstone tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Rock manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Chadstone pushes Rock up against the cage in a clinch. Chadstone is looking to take this one to the mat. Rock goes for a takedown attempt but Chadstone pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Chadstone feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chadstone trying to control the position from guard on top but Rock is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Chadstone stands up from Rock's guard - Chadstone perhaps looking for a knockout. Chadstone misses with a takedown attempt and Rock counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Chadstone off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Rock follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Chadstone was out before he hit the floor.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Albein Rock! Albein Rock spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
