Though comes into the arena with Hall Of Fame - The Script feat. will.i.am blaring out of the sound system. William Lawson has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with David Though's chin.

3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, David Though! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, William Lawson! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Paul Tew and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lawson misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Though.
Though tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Lawson manages to circle out of the way. Lawson lands with a good body shot. Lawson throws a poor cross that misses
and Though counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Though slows the pace down in half guard. Though thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Lawson's head. Though is looking to advance position but Lawson won't allow it. Though not landing any meaningful shots this time. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lawson is trying to stand back up but Though is controlling him

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Though seems to be working for a kimura but Lawson defends the submission attempt. Though is trying to control the action in half guard but Lawson is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Though not landing any meaningful shots this time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Though sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Lawson defending well though. Lawson felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Lawson is trying to stand up here but Though is controlling him well.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Lawson throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Lawson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Though manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. William Lawson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Lawson blocks a head kick by Though.
Lawson is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Lawson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Though moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Though gets the takedown into side control. Though landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Though cracks Lawson with an elbow. That is naaassty. Though in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
It looks like William Lawson has been cut. Lawson looks winded! Though misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Though working the ground and pound. Lawson is letting Though control him for a moment. Though has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Though misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lawson regains half guard, as Though was trying to land strikes. Though drops an elbow to the side of Lawson's head. Though decides to stand and escape the position. Though takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Though getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Lawson darts in trying to clinch
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. and Though counters with a single leg into guard. Lawson didn't expect that.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Though content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Though not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Though wants to control from the top but Lawson keeps moving. Though postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Though is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Though might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Though working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Lawson's head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Though working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
David Though dominated that round. The cut man is working on William Lawson's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Though is stalking Lawson. Lawson circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Though, and it's lights out! Lawson really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). David Though! As David Though got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: I will knock everyone out who steps in my way!'.
