Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tedd Osdl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stan Rasd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tedd Osdl! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Stan Rasd! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Wesley Smith and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rasd shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Osdl tries to roll over but Rasd keeps him under control. Rasd trying to control from half guard but Osdl is working away. Osdl wants to get back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rasd is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Osdl defends it well. Osdl wants to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rasd trying to control from half guard but Osdl is working away. Osdl is trying to get back to full guard. Osdl is trying is best to control the position here.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Rasd lands with a kick to the ribs.
Osdl closes the distance and clinches up with Rasd, looking for a takedown. Osdl pushes Rasd against the cage but Rasd circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Rasd shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Rasd was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Rasd wants to stand but Osdl is controlling his arm.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rasd working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Osdl is looking for a sweep. Osdl is working hard here to advance position. Rasd looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Osdl is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Osdl is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rasd landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Rasd is trying to get an arm triangle but Osdl is defending well. Rasd throws an elbow but Osdl slips to the side and avoids it well. Rasd working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. You can see the frustration on Osdl's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Rasd trying to control the action but Osdl is working from the bottom. Rasd working away. Rasd advances nicely into full mount. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Osdl is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Rasd tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rasd fails with the takedown. Osdl tries for a takedown but Rasd sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Rasd showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Osdl.
Rasd displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Osdl. Osdl wants to clinch up but Rasd keeps it at a distance. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The fighters circling - Rasd throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Rasd shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Osdl as he jumps to the side. Osdl shoots in looking for a takedown but Rasd manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Osdl's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tedd Osdl. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. No luck with that takedown attempt from Osdl. Rasd tries to score a power double leg takedown but Osdl sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Rasd somewhat. Rasd has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Rasd fails in his attempt to clinch. Osdl displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Rasd. Osdl keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Osdl wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Osdl shoots in but no luck this time. Rasd shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Osdl defends it nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Osdl dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Osdl throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Osdl scores with a jab. Rasd misses with a takedown attempt - Osdl sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Rasd looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Osdl throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rasd's waist but Rasd gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Osdl off to one side. Rasd clinches up against the cage. Rasd lands a takedown into guard.
Rasd wanted to stand there but Osdl had control of the position. Osdl pulls Rasd in close to prevent any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rasd won't allow Osdl to sweep him here. Osdl keeping full guard, as Rasd tries to pass. Rasd trying to control but Osdl is working from the bottom. Rasd is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Rasd trying to control the position from guard on top but Osdl is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Tedd Osdl will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Nice takedown defense from Osdl. No joy for Rasd on that attempt. Osdl gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Osdl wants the takedown. Rasd is fighting it off but Osdl persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Rasd's guard against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Osdl throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rasd works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Osdl could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Rasd controlling the position. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Rasd is trying to control the position but Osdl postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rasd looking for a sweep. Not yet Rasd, not yet. Osdl looking to sit in guard and control but Rasd gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Osdl trying to control the position.
Osdl wants to sweep but no luck. Osdl trying to strike off his back.
Rasd advances to half guard. Rasd tries to pass to full mount but Osdl defends it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Osdl wants to control but Rasd is keeping busy.
Rasd working over Osdl with some ground and pound. Osdl looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Osdl trying to control but Rasd postures up.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Rasd connects with a nice short shot to Osdl's temple. Rasd is thwarting Osdl's attempts to control the position.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Tedd Osdl is winning the standup battle so far. Rasd lands a nice leg kick that just misses Osdl's sensitive parts.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rasd shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Osdl sprawls well. Osdl wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Rasd gets slowly back to his feet. Osdl drives through and clinches with Rasd against the cage.
Rasd decides to pull guard. Osdl not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Stan Rasd has got the better of the ground game so far. Osdl pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Rasd is keeping the position for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Osdl looking to sit in guard and control but Rasd gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Rasd stays in close to Osdl's body and controls the position. Osdl will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Osdl keeping moving, preventing Rasd from controlling successfully.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Stan Rasd. I think Rasd has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
