Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mark Jack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Logan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mark Jack! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Joe Logan! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Wesley Smith and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Logan scores with a takedown into Jack's guard. Logan trying to control the position from guard on top but Jack is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jack looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Jack could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Logan trying to stand up but can't free himself from Jack's guard. Jack pulls Logan in close to prevent any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jack looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
That's one minute gone in the round. Logan trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Logan circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jack fails in his attempt to clinch. Logan connects with a body shot. Jack clinches. Logan breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jack shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Logan as he jumps to the side. Jack moves into the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jack will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Logan up against the cage. Logan stops a takedown attempt from Jack.

Logan lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Logan wants to free his trapped foot but Jack is holding on for dear life with his legs. Jack is in trouble now - Logan has advanced to mount! Jack is in all sorts of trouble here.
Jack is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Logan raining down shots from the mount! Logan is standing up, even though he is in mount. Logan darts in and clinches Jack up against the cage. Logan breaks from the clinch.
Jack tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Logan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Jack sets himself, and Logan steps forward looking for the clinch! Jack avoids it this time. No luck for Logan with that takedown attempt. Logan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jack sprawls well. Jack wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Logan gets slowly back to his feet. Mark Jack has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Logan.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Decent striking displayed by Jack there. Logan avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Logan with the counter takedown but Jack avoids it easily. Jack throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Jack clinches with his opponent.

A bit of stalling here from Jack.

Joe Logan dominated that round. That's time! Jack's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Jack is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Logan's half guard. Logan trying to control from the bottom.
Logan won't allow Jack to pass to mount. Jack tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Logan. Logan is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Logan is looking to control Jack's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Logan avoid being mounted?
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Jack rushes Logan and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Jack manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Jack looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Logan puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Jack is trying to stand.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Logan is taking a breather. Jack says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Logan seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jack does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jack is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Logan is keen to just control but Jack is a slippery customer. Logan content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Logan stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Logan wants it to stay on the feet. Logan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jack is fending him off so far but Logan persists. Nope, Jack circles away and we're back to standing. A left and a right from Jack both land. Nice combination. Jack throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Logan. Logan tries for a takedown but Jack sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Logan shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jack defends it nicely. Jack attempts a counter takedown but Logan avoids it well and moves away. Mark Jack has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Logan. Jack feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Logan's calf. Logan stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Logan wants it to stay on the feet. Logan lands a head kick!
Logan fails with the takedown. As Logan looks to move away, Jack throws a big counter combo bu Logan just gets out of the way. Logan checks a leg kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Logan fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Mark Jack is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Logan closes the distance and clinches. Logan using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Jack has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Jack jumps into guard, dragging Logan to the mat.
Logan is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Logan wants to control from the top but Jack keeps moving. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mark Jack dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Jack is looking for a counter combo. Logan tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Jack swivels and escapes. Logan misses with a takedown and Jack counters with an outside leg kick.
Jack tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Logan paws at him with a jab and circles away. Danga de danga de dang - Jack scores with a four punch combination! Jack is looking to clinch but Logan is avoiding it.
Nice takedown defense from Jack. No joy for Logan on that attempt. Mark Jack has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Logan. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jack tries to score a power double leg takedown but Logan sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jack somewhat. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Jack lands a body shot.

Jack went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Jack fails with the takedown. Jack shoots in for a takedown but Logan shows good takedown defense. Logan shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Jack is trying to defend but Logan finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Jack tries to roll over but Logan keeps him under control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jack is working hard here to advance position. Jack is looking to escape. Jack tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Logan wants to control but Jack is keeping him busy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jack trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Logan looking to control and managing it successfully. Logan is trying to stand up but he's being controlled by his opponent. Jack working to try and regain half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jack taking shots to the head. Logan is working for a guillotine from mount but Jack frees his head quite easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jack tries to lock up and control but Logan gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Logan trying to control but Jack is having none of it. Logan sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
And that's the end of the fight! Joe Logan comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Logan has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
