Lynch has chosen Suffa by Hed Pe as his entrance music. Lucas Lynch has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Kelley Hull's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Lucas Lynch!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Ben Watson and Topper Green.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lynch closes the distance and clinches.
Hull stalling in the clinch but Lynch improves position.

Lynch wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hull keeps working.

Lynch thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Lynch is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Hull has escaped the position, nice work there.

Lynch has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Lynch throws a head kick but Hull moves out of range.
Hull tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Lynch manages to circle out of the way.

Lynch throws a strike but Hull rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Lynch shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Lynch was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Lynch wants to stand but Hull has him controlled and pulls him back into his guard.
Hull is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hull manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Hull looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Lynch wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Hull has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

That was a close second round but I would say that Kelley Hull will probably get the nod.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Lynch throws a head kick but Hull moves out of range.
Lynch stuffs the takedown attempt from Hull. Hull gets slowly back to his feet.

Lynch displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hull.

Well Lynch has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
