Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Danny White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Henderson is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Jay Z- Big Pimpin. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Danny White! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
33 - 16 - 4, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Henderson! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! White is looking to take this fight into the clinch. White wants to clinch up but Henderson keeps it at a distance. White takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. White throws a nice head kick!
White throws a series of punches but Henderson moves out of range. Henderson is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. The fight stays on the outside here - White looks like he's thinking about clinching though. White on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Henderson tries to sprawl but White drives through with a takedown into half guard. White throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. White has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. White working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Henderson's thigh. Henderson counters though and makes it back to full guard. Henderson keeping moving, preventing White from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. White postures up in Henderson's guard and throws a big left but Henderson blocks it. Henderson has control of White's left arm, preventing White from doing any damage. White advances to half guard. Henderson keeping hold of White's head, controlling as best he can. White is thwarting Henderson's attempts to control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. White not landing any meaningful shots this time. Henderson won't allow White to pass to mount.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. White seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Henderson throws a looping overhand right but White ducks down to avoid it. Good work by White as he checks the leg kick. Henderson connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Henderson listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. White is looking to clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. White misses with a body kick. White closes the distance and pushes Henderson back into the cage. A head punch blocked on the inside by White. Henderson misses with some punches.
Henderson connects with a knee to the head.
The referee is keeping an eye on Henderson - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
White manages to break the clinch.
Henderson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
White takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as White checks a leg kick. Henderson throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Henderson lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. White moves out of range of the strikes. White appears to be looking for a big counter. Henderson throws a hook but White avoids it easily. Henderson with a hook. Henderson staying out of range there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Henderson moves out of range of the body kick. A chopping leg kick lands by White. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Henderson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
White shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Henderson as he avoids it easily. A decent looking cross lands there for Henderson. Henderson delivers a nice body kick. White tries to clinch up. White shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. White trying to advance position but Henderson counters by regaining guard. White being controlled here momentarily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Danny White will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
White misses with a right hand and Henderson counters with a nice uppercut. White shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than White was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! White working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. White wants to lay and pray for a moment but Henderson keeps working. Check out the look on White's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Henderson is trying to control White's posture but White avoids it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. White is trying to get an arm triangle but Henderson is defending well. White tries for a kimura but Henderson is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. White trying to control the action but Henderson is working from the bottom. Henderson is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but White has just dragged him back down to the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. White wants to control but Henderson is keeping him busy. White has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Henderson! White thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. White goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Henderson turns into him and now he's in White's guard.

Henderson trying to control but White is working from the bottom. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Henderson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. White lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Henderson looking to sweep here. No luck so far. White trying to control but Henderson is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. White postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Henderson is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of White, into his guard.
Henderson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's four minutes gone in the round. White lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. White wants to pass the guard but Henderson is keeping the position. White is fighting to break Henderson's control of his arms but Henderson is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. White working some strikes from top position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! White wants to pass the guard but Henderson is keeping the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Danny White dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Henderson scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Henderson connects with a solid leg kick. Henderson fakes a jab and throws a low kick but White checks it well. It looked like White was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. White lands with a nice body punch. White fails with the takedown. White drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. White is looking to take a break and control but Henderson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Henderson has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. White wants to control for a moment but Henderson uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.

White is looking for a kimura but Henderson is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for White to get the leverage. Henderson is doing well to control the position and prevent White from advancing to side control. White is pressing down on Henderson's thigh, looking to free his foot. Henderson is holding on for now. Danny White is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. White seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Henderson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Henderson is looking to improve his position.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Nice takedown defense from Henderson. No joy for White on that attempt. Henderson throws a leg kick which misses White's front leg but catches the back leg as White tries to avoid it. Henderson is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Henderson connects with a high kick. White chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Henderson can pounce on him.
Jab by Henderson. Henderson thumps White with a low kick. A bone on bone clash there as White blocks the leg kick.
Danny White is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's three minutes gone in the round. White has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Henderson. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from White. White swings for the body but Henderson moves out of range.
Henderson takes a shot right to the bread basket. Henderson lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. White on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
White throws a push kick but Henderson slaps the foot to one side. Henderson fakes the leg kick and cracks White in the body. No luck with that takedown attempt from White. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Danny White. That's going to take a lot out of him. White is trying hard to land a takedown here. Henderson sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. White throws a body shot but no joy. Both fighters circling a little - Henderson finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. White scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. White fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. White is looking to take this fight into the clinch. White swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Henderson changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. White stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and White wants it to stay on the feet. Henderson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but White manages to avoid it. White shoots for a takedown but Henderson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Henderson raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick. A decent looking cross lands there for Henderson. Henderson feints and then cracks White's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow White down. Henderson throws a looping overhand right but White ducks down to avoid it. White wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. White needs to keep his hands up - Henderson had a free shot at his head there. Mike Henderson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Henderson swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. White gets in close and instigates a clinch. Henderson dodges an elbow strike from White.

And that's the end of the fight! Mike Henderson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think White has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
