Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Keneth Byers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitaly Minakov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Minakov is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: МС DONI ft Тимати - Б. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Vitaly Minakov! The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Jeff Smith and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Minakov pushes Byers up against the cage in a clinch. Minakov has Byers pressed against the cage.
Minakov gets a trip takedown into half guard. Minakov prevents Byers from improving his position. Byers manages to get to full guard.
Minakov trying to control but Byers is working from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Byers is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Byers working a defensive guard here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Minakov won't allow Byers to sweep him here. Minakov trying to control the position from guard on top but Byers is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Minakov not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Minakov got a little sloppy there for a moment and Byers has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Minakov has managed to get both his arms back between Byers's legs - danger averted. Minakov engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Byers wants to sweep here but Minakov controlling him for the moment.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Byers really is a fat lump.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Minakov gets in close and instigates a clinch. Minakov manages to pull guard.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vitaly Minakov dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Minakov instigates a clinch. Byers is trying to break the clinch but Minakov is controlling him. Minakov throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Byers using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Minakov has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Minakov has Byers pressed against the cage, preventing Byers from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Minakov breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Keneth Byers is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Minakov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Minakov drives through with a takedown into Byers's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Minakov looks to score with a jab to the body but Byers is just out of range. Minakov gets a double leg takedown into Byers's guard. Byers manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Minakov manages to get himself to full guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Byers is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Minakov has managed to free his arm - good work. Byers prevents Minakov from improving his position. Minakov trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Byers is working for a guillotine from mount but Minakov frees his head quite easily.

Vitaly Minakov showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Byers tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Minakov defends well and Byers ends up having to push Minakov into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Minakov shoots in and bounces Byers off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Byers working for a triangle but Minakov defends it easily.

Byers might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Minakov wants to control from the top but Byers keeps moving. Byers utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Byers is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Minakov defends well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Byers working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Minakov doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Minakov manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Byers is trying to keep Minakov in close.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Byers tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Minakov manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. The fight moves into the clinch position. Byers wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Minakov misses with a punch to the body.

It looks like Keneth Byers has been cut. Minakov pulls guard successfully.

Byers is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Minakov sees it coming and defends easily. Vitaly Minakov is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Minakov pushes Byers off looking to stand but Byers dives back in and keeps control.
Minakov wants to stand back up but Byers manages to pass into side control.
Minakov is looking to reverse the position. Minakov looking for a sweep but Byers has passed into full mount! Oh no! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Minakov defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Byers.
And that's the end of the fight! Vitaly Minakov comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Minakov has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
