Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Verne Robinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Crushman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Robinson comes into the arena with Chase is better than the Catch by Motorhead blaring out of the sound system. Daniel Crushman will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yuuki Gou and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crushman clinches.

Crushman throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Robinson jumps guard and drags Crushman to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Robinson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Crushman is just riding it out for now. Robinson eventually gives up the hold.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Robinson tries to control but Crushman wriggling away.
Crushman is in all sorts of trouble here.
Robinson can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Crushman is looking to escape.
Crushman sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.

Robinson is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Robinson is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Robinson wants to take a breather but Crushman is having none of it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Robinson seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Robinson is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Crushman sees it coming and defends easily.
Crushman is looking to control Robinson's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Crushman avoid being mounted?
Crushman is trying to stand up here but Robinson is controlling him well.

Robinson moves out of range as Crushman strikes.
Robinson appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.

Crushman connects with a crisp jab.
Crushman throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Robinson.
Robinson tries to counter with a takedown but Crushman is quick to defend against it.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Crushman enables Robinson to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Crushman manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Verne Robinson dominated that second round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Crushman tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Crushman shoots in but Robinson avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Robinson is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Crushman looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Robinson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Robinson seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Crushman connects with a high kick.
Crushman lands with a nice body kick.
Nice straight punches there by Crushman. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Crushman.

Crushman throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Robinson is rocked!
Crushman has closed the distance and engaged Robinson in a clinch.

Crushman throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Robinsons head.
Robinson lands with a right to the head.
Crushman drops Robinson onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Robinson is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Robinson prevents a body shot from Crushman.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Robinson.
Come on Crushman - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Crushman is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
The crowd are getting on Crushman's back here. They're not happy about his lack of aggression in the clinch.
Crushman has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Robinson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Crushman catches Robinson with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Robinson forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
