Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Paul Tew and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crosby shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jones manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Jones has his foot on Crosby's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Crosby works his way back into a safe position though.
Crosby wants to get up but he can't break Jones's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Jones looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Jones is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Crosby is trying to stand.
Jones moves nicely into side control.
Jones slows the pace down.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jones has hold of Crosby's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Crosby seems comfortable defending it but Jones has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Crosby is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Crosby is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Jones couldn't care less - he's delighted!
