Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Edson Gomes and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shaffer gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Silva blocks a body shot from Shaffer.
Shaffer has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Shaffer using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Silva has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Shaffer takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Silva successfully pulls guard.

Shaffer won't allow Silva to get back to his feet.
Shaffer is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Shaffer accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Lucas Silva comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Silva has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
