Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paolo Souza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kicky McGee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kicky McGee will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Paolo Souza!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kicky McGee!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Felipe Paraventi and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slapping body kick lands there for McGee.
McGee throws a head kick but Souza moves out of range.
Souza looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? McGee is fending him off so far but Souza persists. Nope, McGee circles away and we're back to standing.
Souza keeps the fight on the outside.
McGee throws a front kick that sends Souza stumbling back into the cage.
McGee tries to bum rush Souza with a series of wild strikes but Souza uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
McGee lands a head kick!
It looks like Paolo Souza has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McGee tries to clinch up but Souza circles away and keeps his distance.
Danga de danga de dang - McGee scores with a four punch combination!
Souza shoots in for a double leg but McGee sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Souza is breathing heavily.

McGee throws a leg kick which misses Souza's front leg but catches the back leg as Souza tries to avoid it.
McGee feints and then cracks Souza's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Souza down.
McGee drives through and clinches with Souza against the cage.
McGee lands an elbow inside that Souza shrugs off.
McGee breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Souza crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from McGee - the referee stops the clock and Souza gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says McGee. Souza manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
McGee feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Souza's calf.
Souza on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
McGee throws a series of punches but Souza avoids them all with ease.
Souza has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
McGee thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Souza if he has to take too many more of those.
McGee lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
McGee lands a head kick. Souza smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
McGee connects with a high kick.
Souza is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
McGee closes the distance and clinches.
McGee has had enough of the clinch but Souza keeps him there for the moment.

Souza changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. McGee tries to avoid it but Souza manages to keep hold of a leg and drag McGee to the ground. McGee escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Souza sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
McGee lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

McGee should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Souza is looking for a takedown up against the cage. McGee gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

McGee bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
McGee scores with a leg kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
McGee lands with a kick to the temple. Souza shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
McGee lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Souza is rocked!
McGee throws a quick head kick that knocks Souza silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! McGee is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.
