Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leigh Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Monsoon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Daniel Monsoon!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Monsoon's coach down at Cozad MMA Sydney was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Monsoon's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Monsoon is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Adams looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Adams feints a jab promting Monsoon to slip. Adams then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Monsoon slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
